- Place an order for sealed product, singles, or supplies (shipping address, contact number)

We also automatically collect basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type to improve site performance.
2 · How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your orders and break reservations
- To assign teams and record slot ownership during live breaks
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and break schedules
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To improve the BCD platform and community experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3 · Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data under their own privacy policies:
- GCash / PayMongo — payment processing for reservations and orders
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Live) and TikTok — hosting our live break streams
- LBC, J&T Express, and partner couriers — nationwide shipping
- Hosting provider — server infrastructure and access logs
4 · Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order records are kept for at least 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
5 · Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality.
6 · Your Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
