1 · Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, reserving a break slot, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing the platform under parental supervision) and that you agree to these terms in full and to all applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

2 · Breaks, Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Break slots and orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via GCash, bank transfer, or card through our payment processor.
• BCD reserves the right to cancel orders or slots in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your payment is verified.

3 · Break Format & Fairness

• Team assignments are randomized on camera using verifiable methods such as random.org draws.
• Every break is streamed live and archived. Whatever comes out of the pack is yours — no swaps, no do-overs.
• Once a break starts, slot payments are non-refundable.
• If a break cannot proceed for any reason on our end, we will refund your slot in full or reschedule at your choice.

4 · Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
• BCD is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. Insured shipping is available on request.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5 · Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests only when:

• The item received is significantly different from the listing description.
• The item is damaged upon arrival (photographic evidence required, unboxing video preferred).
• The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Opened sealed hobby boxes, packs, and cards pulled from live breaks are non-returnable due to the nature of collectibles.

6 · User Conduct

• Respect other collectors and moderators in our live chats and community spaces.
• No listing, reselling, or trading of counterfeit, stolen, or altered cards on any BCD channel.
• We reserve the right to remove community members who harass, scam, or disrupt our streams.

7 · Intellectual Property

All content on the BCD platform — including our logo, designs, copy, break recordings, and product photography — is the property of BCD Breaks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8 · Limitation of Liability

BCD Breaks curates and rips sealed hobby product but cannot guarantee specific pulls or specific card conditions. Sports cards are collectibles, not financial products, and BCD Breaks does not provide investment or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or participation in our breaks.

9 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the BCD platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes on our channels.
